Arborea

Arborea is a worker placement euro game for 1-5 players that takes 90-120 minutes to play. It is designed for ages 14 and above and has a complexity rating of 3.25 out of 5. The game is developed by Dani Garcia, illustrated by Javier González Cava, and published by Alley Cat Games. In the game, players take on the role of Patron Spirits, guiding their villagers to heal and grow the landscape around them by sending them on pilgrimages and building their personal Ecosystem. The game features shared resources and market tile placement, and has a variable set-up. Players will place workers on action tracks called "Pilgrimage" that advance over time, and the farther the tracks move, the better the rewards when the workers are activated. The game explores different seasons each game with new opportunities and paths to take. Players can take from the shared resources to build their personal Ecosystem and attract animals to their land to earn end game Victory Points.
